Looks can be deceiving...very disappointing
While this was a beautiful home, my guests and I encountered multiple issues during our stay. Firstly, we struggled to understand how to lock the doors at night due to the high-tech smart system and not being taught how to do so during our initial home tour. The house manager took hours to respond and finally provided instructions that were hard to follow.
Additionally, we had to endure cold showers as there was no hot water at times, which was quite disappointing. Despite having a plumber come to the house twice, the problem with no hot water was still not resolved. The plumber's multiple visits significantly disrupted our privacy and ultimate comfort.
The jacuzzi hot tub also randomly drained out all its water three times during our stay, adding to our frustration. Furthermore, the kitchen was severely understocked, with nearly no cooking pots, pans, or utensils for our personal chef to prepare meals. We had to purchase these items ourselves, which was inconvenient and unexpected given the cost of our stay.
While the home has great potential, it needs several modifications to meet the expected standards. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and feel that the high cost of lodging was not justified. I hope these issues are addressed promptly for future guests. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.
