Overall this property was wonderful. The only thing that bothered us is the humidity in the rooms. After the first night we woke up and our shoes were damp as were any items that hadn’t been packed away in bags. Not sure why but it was a little weird.

The Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, with major attractions just a short walk away. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A truly fantastic stay! Highly recommended!

If you just want a clean, quiet, ostensibly-safe place to sleep, this hotel is fine. Our room was quiet in spite of the bar. Otherwise: 1. $48 parking 2. No soap in shower. Had to go get some. 3. No refrigerator. "Chill" drawers in closet area don't actually do anything. 4. AC vent buzzed. I climbed up to fix it, and it was filthy. 5. TV's Youtube app only lets you watch the Hilton channel. 6. Phone didn't work. I told the clerk, and somehow it turned on. Staff was nice, but they spent a lot of time in their office. The neighborhood lacks stores and restaurants.

The hotel was clean. The food in the restaurant was good. What wasn’t good was the $48 per day valet only parking, also the terrace was closed. The terrace being closed was a big disappointment.

My room smelled like mildew. When I went to the front desk the lady had an attitude about not being able to give me another room or refunding my money. She became hostile and the conversation became heated. She called security and I was asked to leave. Which was fine because I wasnt going to stay in a room that smelled anyway. I was able to get my money back through expedia but I was stuck looking for a hotel replacement @ 2:30 am.
