This specific hotel is in need of a drastic upgrade, dirty bed sheets, carpet is so dirty in rooms, curtains barely hanging on, bathtub flilthy…. Please do the necessary repairs.

I decided to get this room just for a night online w/o knowing the area. Not too good of a location..looks ok from the outside but is older and feels older inside the hotel…the card for elevator inspection said Sept 2023 ..just don’t stay here

The pictures oversell the hotel. They only served waffles, cereal, coffee, and juice and nothing else. Their “hot” breakfast is a joke! The pics show a warmer (to make people think additional hot food) but it was not present. The refrigerator held only milk and butter, no yogurt. There were no muffins, bagels, or fruit either. The room was dingy with burn marks on the sink mirror, several scuffs and splash marks on the walls, the bathroom door veneer peeling, and oil stains on the bedspreads. The floor was sticky. While the room looked tidy (as in someone straightened it) it did not look well maintained or taken care of. I have stayed at this brand of hotel many times and this was not on par with the brand. It did not even meet expectation much less impress!

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool but they never put on their website that it has been closed down so that was frustrating. Then the breakfast had no coffee because it needed to be serviced it was extremely limited despite what was described on the website. Also during breakfast not once did the guy get up to clean or refill any of the juice so if you decided to have breakfast it was all fine after 1 1/2 hrs when it had another 2 hrs to go and when asking the guy literally shrugged his shoulder and continued to play on his phone. The walls of the room are a joke u could hear above us the people having sex, u could hear word for word the conversation on either side of us and could hear the doors slam from under us. They had great pillows for the bed but that was about it. The older gentleman at the front desk in the early morning was super nice and would see him cleaning but the rest of the staff was unhelpful or lazy.

The elevators were not working during my stay. The check cost was too high, I felt I was being penalized for coming early. The morning staff person was very helpful and friendly.

I specifically booked this hotel because my kids wanted to swim. It had an indoor pool. We get here and the pool is under maintenance and closed. Thats false advertising, and very disappointing.

We specifically picked this hotel for the pool, which was non functioning. Room was tidy, but no hot water for shower, entire hotel grubby, no functioning ice machine. Elevator was not safe. Continental breakfast was just fine.

Very affordable and the bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was far more than expected, which is a nice perk when you're already on a tight budget. Really nice young woman working at the front desk who was always friendly and accommodating.

NEVER AGAIN!!! 11/23/24 The carpets were terrible! Riddled with mold and smelly. The bathroom had visible black mold on the doorframes. The walls were old and cracking. The breakfast was wired. A whole gallon on milk and carton of orange juice in the mini fridge in the common area is what we get for our cereal. The refrigerators in the rooms never got cold. We stayed in rooms 102 and 104.

The inside of the hotel is old and run down. The TV in our room did not work. I called the front desk and they came to look at it and could not get it to come on either. I was told that I would have to wait until someone came in the following day to do anything about it. We had just picked up food and were planning on spending the evening watching a football game, so I was pretty ticked. The pool area had a busted out window that they didn't even bother to board up and the pool looked pretty nasty. The kicker though was toilets not flushing correctly. I was given a plunger from the front desk to keep in our room and it had to be used numerous times. This was clearly a known issue, as there were toilet plungers on every floor by the elevator, just sitting out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
