Last visit no coffee pot and Luke warm water. Tried again this week because it’s a pretty hotel near good restaurants. And brought my partner and service animal. Big mistake. Night shift front desk has been sweet both visits, and likes dogs. But day shift mostly grumpy except for newest person. Add to it “dog can’t go in breakfast area!”, which is also next to reception desk. This morning was a phone call to my cell while I was at work and wife was in room with service animal. “You can’t leave dog alone in room!”. Wife was in room. “Service animals don’t bark.” They do sometimes when they hear loud noise or are afraid of someone. I had to show Service Animal Training Card. We fly every month and no problems with SWAL, other hotels and restaurants. Why now? But had a coffee pot, and coffee, but it didn’t work (room 202) :(. And Breakfast attendant lightened up a little. But don’t worry, we won’t return. Good luck.

I appreciate the young lady at the front desk for addressing concerns and moving our room. However, the “bathroom break “ sign was displayed but she was in the back on her computer and cell phone, three times I went to the front desk. Upon walking to the room, the hallway smelled or weed. The first suite assigned, 211, the pullout couch was broken. The second suite assigned, 321, the freezer, part of the refrigerator was frozen over and the door would not close. The bottom of the refrigerator had a dead roach in the bottom and filled with water and the water had mold and/or mildew. We were settled enough with the third room, 337. However, the tub, toilet, and floor were dirty. I was able to get cleaner and a rag from the front desk to clean the room.

Do not stay at this hotel. The lobby carpeting was black. The room was filthy. The mirrors had fingerprints all over them, the carpets and tile were soaking wet, the tub had cracks in it, the bathroom door knob wasn't attached, the room smelled like gasoline and weed. When I complained, they gave me some febreeze. We didn't even stay one night and left 30 minutes after we arrived.

Very dated, not very clean. My wife is allergic to scents and they have a perfume type spray going on throughout the building, I'm guessing to mask the musty/old smell of the place. Will definitely not return & do not recommend.

We had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, our room keys didn’t work, and the staff had to manually open the door for us but informed us that we wouldn’t be able to replace the keys until the next morning. While waiting to check in, we witnessed a heated argument between another group of guests and the front desk, with the staff nearly calling the police. This situation made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe.We stayed for two nights, but during that time, there was no housekeeping service, and towels were not replaced. The room’s carpet felt damp, which was unpleasant when walking barefoot. Additionally, the room had inadequate lighting, making it feel dark and damp. The bathroom was poorly designed; after showering, water spread all over the floor because there was no proper barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Overall, the combination of poor service, lack of cleanliness, and uncomfortable room conditions made for a disappointing experience.

The person who checked us in was wonderful and our room was fine. Our only only in the morning for breakfast. We were told by the front desk that breakfast was until 9:00 a.m. however when we got there at 8:50 the person working the area had already started breaking down and taking the food away. They were rude to my children and acted upset what we wanted to eat. She told them they had 10 minutes but she continued to break the area down while they tried to get their food.
