The staff is super friendly and helpful. Loved the southern hospitality. The hotel rooms are a bit old. The sofa in my room was a bit soft and bathroom was dated. Breakfast was the standard Embassy suites spread, which is above average. Evening reception had special cocktails, but average snacks. Overall, would stay here again.

The only issue was I needed something to drink and the store didn't offer much of a selection. It needed to be refilled badly. The only options for a cold beverage was a diet Coke, cold coffee and a Coke zero, none of which my family drink, outside of that we really enjoyed ourselves.

Your late-night service staff checking us in doesn't belong working with public. Tanika was her name. She seemed surprised and bothered that we were there at 11:30PM at night after a long drive that day. And paying $25 for parking was horribly ridiculous. We had a great stay. Friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing, they have an omelette station where you get fresh made to order eggs any style and delicious omelettes. Complimentary evening reception was a plus. There are some dated furniture in the lobby they could improve, same in the rooms. Good location easy to get in and out. In overall good stay!

I love this property. The staff were amazing. It was my birthday and the manager had all the employees sing happy birthday to me. It really made my day. The bartender my Scorpio friend was so friendly and kind. I will always stay at this location when I visit. My room was clean as well!!!
