The carpet was not clean, restrooms was dirty, air conditioning was not working, by the time we got back to our room, it was as 11:00 pm, air conditioning did not work and we couldn’t sleet, we were sweating all nights that. Next morning we talked with front desk, they said that they can’t do anything for us, because we bought our from Expedia and we need to ask Expedia for assistance, if we eight got the room from them, they could have help us. Very disappointed

I really wish I had spent more time here. We came in for a concert at the State Farm Arena and unfortunately arrived a little later than expected. We missed the evening happy hour from 6-7:30pm in a rush to get to the arena. We also missed the morning breakfast as we left the next morning before it started at 6am. The hotel was clean and very quiet considering the open atrium. The room was large with the bedroom separate from the sitting area. Our room over looked centennial park which was beautiful. I will definitely plan a trip back to explore Atlanta and will definitely stay at Embassy Suites again!

I booked through Expedia and had to cancel suddenly because my husband was hit by the car and in ICU. Not sure if he’ll make it. Expedia said they tried many times to get the hotel to reimburse even part of booking I was told hotel said no. Unbelievably heartless of them.
