Do your research before you stay anywhere! I should have with this place. The bathroom had stains on the wall, the leaking shower head was rusted and detached from the wall. The tub was discolored from the leaking shower head. The shower head was leaking so loudly, we had to keep the bathroom door closed. The radiator was so loud when we did use it we couldn’t sleep. You had to pay for breakfast $19.99 person, and pay for valet parking. Which would probably not be a problem IF the other issues weren’t there. ***DO YOUR RESEARCH***

The property seemed “tired” with small, but noticeable issues of age. The water in the shower never got hot. The carpet on the edges of the steps was frayed and repaired with duct tape. While the room was spacious and clean, it didn’t feel luxurious.

The prices were surprisingly reasonable. I did experience a minor issue with my room; the air conditioning was not functioning correctly. I attempted to contact the staff by phone, but was unable to reach anyone, so I went to the reception desk to report the problem. After explaining the situation, someone accompanied me to inspect the air conditioning unit. As it was quite late (midnight), they kindly provided me with an alternate room. Overall, considering the price and convenient location, I had a pleasant stay.

I called several times with no answer, the reservation team and the operator from the third party that booked the room.
