Book if you have no intentions of leaving the building.
I’ll just give ya my start to finish on our stay. My girlfriend and I drove up from Florida to attend a sporting event. Upon arrival, immediately I could tell we were in the “less-fortunate” side of town as there was an entire homeless encampment located directly in front of our building, which was one of 2 locations you can enter the building after 9pm. The other location being behind the building, which was even sketchier. There was nearby parking that, of course, you had to pay for. $84 for 48hour parking. Oh, and you can’t add time to it. 48hours is the max you’re allowed to park there unless you use a separate phone and add a separate “parking reservation” for the same vehicle. $30 for the extra 24 hours we needed. So I paid $114 just to park my car in this absolute dump of a parking lot, located next to 50+ homeless. So we gather our bags and make our way towards the front desk to get our key. Before I could even make it to the door, I’d been asked for change 12x while my girlfriend was harassed by homeless. We leave to go out later that night, and immediately learn why every female in the city walks the streets in a jacket even though it’s 90+ degrees out. The throw pillows hadn’t been washed in who knows how long, had make up all over them. The bathroom wall covered in hair. And to top it all off, my car was broken into on the final night, -$270 to replace the window. HIGHLY recommend you pay extra to stay somewhere nicer, with a garage. This place was a dump.
