The 18,000 square foot estate home with its spacious and open floor plans, opens up to outside terraces overlooking the pool area, green space and a spacious pool house, ideal for a relaxing getaway or for entertaining. This is NOT to be rented as a party house. Located in a family neighborhood which is quiet at night. The local noise ordinance is 10:00pm. We will proceed with removal of guests if occupancy, noise and additional house rules are not followed.
