It is conveniently located to visit Buckhead, Avalon, White Water, the new Braves Stadium, business complexes, 4 downtowns, Atlanta attractions and a good number of entertainment places for adults and kids, and in little time, guests can access I-75 and I-575.

Host provides 1.2 Gigabyte Internet and Sling.

It is a 3 floor house:

- The first floor can be considered a 1 BR/1 BA apartment with an open floor plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining, and a living area. There is a comfortable sofa bed and a rolling bed in the foyer closet.

This floor is ideal for people with disabilities. Essentially, 4 people can sleep in the first floor.

The open floor area can be used for a “war room” and has a 65" TV. It has direct access to the front porch and to the laundry area and to the 2-car garage.

- The second floor can be considered a 3 BR/2 BA house with an open floor that includes another fully equipped kitchen – with an island for 5 people -, a dining and living area with access to a back and a front deck. One bedroom have direct access to the back deck.

- The third floor can be considered a hotel room with a bathroom, desk, and plenty of storage area.
