Not a quiet hotel, it's very loud in the patio area and we could hear our upstairs neighbor. Water was not hot and the pressure was not good. Other then that, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the rest of the amenities are nice.

It was great location to Central Park. We were able to walk back at night with no worries. The lobby and outside seating area were amazing! Love the art throughout the location. The room....AMAZING!!!!! Our room was spacious with the separate seating area. The beds were so soft. The staff especially Ms. Courtney that worked over night. Awesome!!! Will definitely visit again

Beautiful room. Very clean. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint: Noisy. People were talking somewhere and we could hear it in our room. The shower did not have hot water, but it did have a little warmer than look warm water otherwise great hotel.

The staff was super welcoming and helpful over the phone, as soon as you entry the lobby the presence just draws you in and the layout of the hotel. I also loved the meaning behind the paper crane as well it was pleasant unexpected welcome gift. I will ABSOLUTELY be back the next time i stay in Atlanta!
