Beach Life Down is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Oceanview Duplex located in Atlantic Beach. This is perfect spot for easy beach access. Take a break from the heat on the front covered patio with a picnic table and enjoy lunch in the shade. After a day at the beach rinse off the salt in the H/C enclosed outside shower. Your dog will enjoy it too! Great spot to experience the real Beach Life.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Smart TV with basic cable. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. There is also a Living Room with Smart TV, basic cable, and DVD Player.

Additional Amenities: Gas Grill, Outdoor Patio with Picnic Table, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, WIFI/High Speed Wireless Internet, Fully Equipped Kitchen, shared Washer/Dryer, limited varied beach toys.
