This Condo is located in the front of the L building with an open hallway overlooking office and sports amenities. Free equipment for these may be checked out in the office which also includes a lending library of books, puzzles and brochures. There are also excellent walking trails nearby and easily assessible. This oceanfront complex is full of fun with the only outdoor pool with a waterslide in Atlantic Beach. Other amenities include indoor pool, tennis & basketball courts, miniature golf and shuffleboard. Fun for the whole family!

Not a Good Place to Stay
When we arrived, I burst into tears. It was a small, crowded, and nothing worked. The mattress was really soft and squishy, the linens, pillows, towels were all cheap. The tv for the bedroom was in the closet! It was smaller than my computer monitor. The hall way bathroom’s door would not shut if you had the bathmat down—the door needed to be shortened. The toaster and coffeemaker looked like refugees from a yard sale. It took the freezer about 8 hours to make the first ice. The tv in the main room was not working for two days. It was the same ROKU tv model as we have at home, but we had been given the wrong WiFi log in information. We finally called the rental place and sent someone—but they couldn’t do anything because of not having the WiFi connection information. The curtains at the sliding class door did not close well and the afternoon sun was very hot. There did not seem to be a sprinkler system in the unit. The walls outside in the walkways of the made of plywood which didn’t appear very safe in case of fire. The elevators had no air return were stifling. The boardwalk to the beach was very sturdy and big enough to pass another family. The beach itself was beautiful and well maintained. The folks we met at the resort office were friendly and knowledgeable. The lady at Cannon and Grueber tried her best to help us get our tv going after 2 days of no tv. It’s time to do a major overhaul on that condo to make everything operational, safer, and more modern.
