Bring everything you need
Listing was very accurate, but other places we have booked and stayed at have had papertowels and washclothes, this place had 5 papertowels left on the roll and no washclothes, also wish there was a keurig for the k-cups i brought. Would recommend bringing everything you need including washclothes papertowels toilet paper extra towels, (there were only 2)

We stayed July 27th until July 31st. We were supposed to stay until the 3rd of August . I walked in above the ceiling fan in the kitchen the ceiling was falling down there were 2 leaks one above the cabinet and the ceiling the sheet rock was coming down. The owner said it wasn’t like that. On top of the roof deck was a tarp because the roofers never finished there job. It was dirty. So we left early I got some money back. It was cute but the owners didn’t care they should have let me know before I came down like a month prior. We tried to find somewhere else there was No places at all!! Workers came in the day after I left workers came inside to fix the problem the owner said I left it dirty no they did so they took 300 out of my account Vrbo did . Never again. I will go to ashore reality like I did 2 years ago. I asked to see the property before hand he had excuses. Why he couldn’t show me the property . The reason is it was falling down in the kitchen.

Great weekend getaway!
The pictures were accurate and very clean! Matt was great at communicating before the trip and while checking out. One minute walk to the beach entrance and close to all the great stores and bars. My boyfriend and I had the best time for our weekend getaway!

Great Location
Back unit is great with off-street parking available in a tight parking neighborhood. Recommend just couple of tweaks: The bedrooms are bright and airy but could use darker shades to cover the windows if you like to sleep in as we do. Kitchen options are great but check teaspoons & butter knives because we could not find them. Also add a couple of glass bowls to use with the microwave - that would be perfect. That being said, this is a great place and would come back again.

Wonderful 2 bedroom apartment, cozy, has everything you need. Close to the ocean and wonderful roof deck for hanging out. Matt was a great host, would stay here again.

It was nice to be so close to the beach. Nice little place with good hosts. Especially liked the rooftop area and also the shower outside for little ones after the beach. Just a heads up to bring oven mittens for using the oven and blankets for your stay if you get cold and want more than a sheet.

Really nice home if you plan on spending most of your time at the beach. Once the sun is setting, it was nice to relax on the roof. Would definitely stay again!

Atlantic City FC
Visited the area to see our sons first home soccer match playing with Atlantic City FC. The location was only 10 minutes away from him at the Tropicana and it was a nice retreat away from the hustle and crowdedness of the casinos. Enjoyed walking the beach at sunset which was only 2 blocks away. Loved the small town beach community feel.

Enjoyable stay at a fine house
This is a nice place to rent for the shore. Especially ideal for 2 or 3 persons, it was small enough for me to manage alone, yet more than roomy enough for my friend who visited and stayed a single night after the golf round. Place was clean and the beds comfortable. My rating was 4 stars out of five, but it deserves a 4.5 due to its attractive inside decor and very economical layout. Throw in an outside (but sheltered) shower to de-sand after the beach, as well as a nice roof deck to sun and dry. Recommend to other renters, and owner was very accessible via texting. A great value in Brigantine !

Perfect little place!
This is a fantastic rental. The proximity to the beach was great for us with a toddler. The roof deck was a nice feature for us to enjoy during nap time and in the evening. The property was spotless when we arrived, and it had everything we needed for our few nights at the beach!
