Renovated TWO units classic house is located in AC's premiere location! The home is spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an eat in kitchen and a roomy living room. The space includes useful amenities and entertainment to provide an exceptional experience and cozy stay for friends and family. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Venice Park.

The space
This renovated spacious 3 story house sleeps up to 13 people and is ideal for family and friends! Centrally located at the heart of Atlantic City by the Beach.

The first floor is a separate unit with private entry with a new fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

The 2nd level is the main unit living space with full kitchen + dining room and living space with 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms,

the 3rd level has 2 bedrooms and each bedroom with two queen beds plus a private bathroom.

Each bed has luxurious, freshly cleaned linens. Each bathroom will have towels and amenities for our guests.


Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house; Shampoo, soap, towels, and linens will be provided for your convenience.


Other things to note
You don't have to worry about bringing towels or essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). I have you covered!

If you're wanting to go to Atlantic City or Venice Beach, this might be a good place for your trip. We enjoyed staying here; however, the "apartment" on the bottom floor does not have a full kitchen as advertised (no refrigerator), no table/chairs and is not really an option for adults. If you have older kids, college kids they would probably enjoy staying in the apartment as it gives them some freedom.

we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. the space was well equipped and the downstairs efficiency offers the couple/family/friends who need more privacy exactly that...off street parking for at least three cars a huge bonus. comfy beds, living room furniture and nice sized bathrooms were a definite positive. Great location if you want to be on the north end of AC. Some constructive criticism... provide more towels and washcloths - there were maybe 6 small towels and 3 washcloths total provide a few more dish towels in kitchen and the (red) pot holders are not very effective... I burnt my hand pulling dinner out of the oven, a lot of windows are missing screens making it difficult to enjoy fresh air, the dryer needs the lint collector replaced, the rug in the main floor bedroom is a tripping hazard, the banister to 2nd floor is very loose

Good stay on short notice
Booked this property last minute for the Christmas holiday with family. There were 6 adults, my 18 month old granddaughter and there was plenty of room. The property offered a separate unit with a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen but we never used it everyone stayed in the main house. There were three bedrooms two bathrooms and a full kitchen with pretty much everything you need. The property was very clean. The only thing was the steps going to the main house were a little steep.
