Two story, four bedrooms, two and half baths home with one assigned parking as well as street parking. Living room has two sofas, one 55” tv, and an electric fireplace for extra heating or just beautiful flame. Dining room has one table that seats four, bar/kitchen counter that seats four and a full kitchen with appliances and kitchen utensils.
Second floor has one master bedroom with on suite bathroom , 55” tv with two closets, two bedrooms of the same size with queen size beds , two 50” wall mount tv and closets. Fourth bedroom on the small size with a queen size bed and closet. Also on the second floor is a hallway with a full bath, washer, dryer with washing detergent, and clothes iron.
One assigned car garage, street parking, 3 mins walk to the convenient store and two blocks walk to the Light house, Ocean, Showboat resorts and boardwalk/ beach. No pets allowed!

Wonderful stay in AC
This is such a great property. Lans has made the house so comfortable and has provided so many thoughtful touches. The location is great - walk to boardwalk. Everything you might need for a day at the beach is in the garage. bicycles and a chain to lock them up! Decor is lovely - everything feels new. Would definitely come again. Lots of room!

I would definitely recommend staying at this location. He was very informative and gave me my personal space. The house is well kept, nice and spacious. The pictures do no justice to what this place looks like in person. He keeps stuff stock and have things you can use to make your stay even funnier. I would stay here again.
