Great location, this hotel did not disappoint!

We had the most wonderful time at Casa San Agustin. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm and genuine welcome from the staff. Every team member went above and beyond to make me feel cared for—remembering my name, anticipating my needs, and treating me more like a valued guest than just another booking. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly world-class. The hotel itself is nothing short of stunning. The architecture is both unique and breathtaking—blending history with modern design in a way that feels luxurious yet inviting. This hotel is excellent - very clean and beautiful ! Breakfast was delicious. I would give the service 6 stars! The staff was super attentive to us during our stay - bringing anything we needed to our room within a minute. They also accommodated our ask for a room upgrade and a late check out. Highly recommend this hotel

The staff was very warm, welcoming and professional. The room and facilities are very nice, but we had a few issues with plumbing fixture in the bathroom and water pressure. Other than those issues, everything was excellent. Rooms were maintained well during visit. The hotel restaurants (Jardin and 1612) and bar onsite were excellent. Great stay overall and I do recommend.
