The apartment is ideally located in Aubenas, in a very pleasant environment 30 meters from the most animated main square. You will be in the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market (Every Saturday morning, on the place du Château, is held a market of local products high in colors and flavors)...

Located in the center of the old town of Aubenas is the Castle of Montraul, jewel among the civil buildings of the Ardeche, classified as a historical monument, where six lordly families lived from the 12th century to the revolutionary period. Covered with glazed tiles, flanked by watchtowers and two round pepperpots, mullioned windows, and furnished with a Renaissance courtyard, the castle of Aubenas also presents a rich collection of paintings, sculptures and prints.
- Tourist sites : Balazuc : architectural wealth of one of the most beautiful villages in France, the Ibie valley, the Ardéche gorges (natural reserve), the Chauvet cave (mineral origins and human origins), vals and its thermalism...
