Basic house no hottub
The house was clean enough. The bedding had a couple stains on comforter didn’t really care as long as the sheets were clean and they were. We really only booked this house for the hottub. And when we got there the hottub was almost empty and dirty. Not maintained at all so we didn’t get to use it. Pretty bummed about that and let the owner know. Only response was sorry I’ll check that out. Would have liked some sort of refund for false advertising. I would have booked somewhere else if I would have known the hottub wasn’t working.

Great stay!
I’ve rented several properties with VRBO and this property ranks at the top of my list. Everything was wonderful. If anything the details of this property are understated. Thanks again to the hosts for a wonderful stay.

Clean but bare
House was clean however lawn was ankle high no patio furniture hot tub doesn’t work Inside is VERY bare absolutely no decorations no furniture in living room no lamps in family or bedroom only over head lights one bedroom only had pillow shams no bed pillows or pillow cases. Didn’t leave any paper products most people leave enough to get you started We were lucky cause we came to spend time with family so we didn’t have to spend a lot of time here extremely basic house

Decent space
This property was a bit odd - appeared to be staged for sale. The hot tub was not functional, and there were very few things in the kitchen - we ended up sharing bowls and silverware as there weren’t enough for all 4 of us. Would have loved to see a higher level of cleanliness in the space, but it was overall manageable. While we wouldn’t stay here again, it was a fine experience. The owner was very quick to respond when we texted, which was a plus!

High School Graduation
Check in was easy, the home had a fourth bedroom that we were not award of and it helped. The only problem, and we consider it a small problem was that we found dirty pans in the cupboards. The Kitchen had an reasonable amount of tools including an airfryer. I question the use of the coffee maker.

Not quite what we expected
We rented the Auburn home as a weekend getaway to celebrate my best friend's birthday. I contacted the host earlier the week of arrival to see if we could check in a little early to bring in my friend's bags so it would be a surprise. The host was accommodating and allowed us to check in 2 hours early but also informed me that the hot tub was not working and that the house was actually for sale as well. The host did not offer to discount at all due to hot tub being out of service. Upon arrival the house looked beautiful but as we unpacked we noticed many areas that were not clean. There was short black hair all over the floors, bathrooms were not cleaned well, vent had dust hanging down from the grates, garbage and even a vape under the beds, etc. The house was also very empty. We brought food to cook special meals over the weekend and were missing some of the most basic items like a cutting board, collander, sharp knive, tongs, etc. The home is supposed to sleep 8 people and we had only 4, thank goodness because items were so limited like 6 forks total so we had to wash them every meal, 4 towels total so even if the hot tub would have been working we wouldn't have had towels for it, just a very empty home not stocked well at all. We contacted the host and she didn't believe anything I was telling her. She did try to make it better by sending over some of her own personal kitchen items, cookies, and flowers. It was a sweet gesture, but I would definitely not stay here again.

Very nice weekend stay!
The home was clean. Check-in was convenient. We had all the supplies needed to maintain clean dishes, laundry, bathrooms, etc. towels were provided along with toiletries. The dishwasher was convenient for cleaning up the kitchen. There was also extra furniture and beds than was listed which made sleeping arrangements much easier. The owner was quick to reply to any questions or concerns. Overall, a great stay! Would come again.

Christmas stay
Ranjit has a beautiful property here!! It is new on Vrbo but was perfect timing for us, as we didn't have a place to stay for our Christmas holiday! Plenty of room for my family of 5 adults to stay comfortably :). A nice quiet, safe neighborhood, very clean, with a thoughtful and responsive hostess. I would definitely stay here again!
