Overall experience was great!!! If I had a critique, it would be when you have five people staying in the same room the bathroom and trash should be serviced daily without having to request it.

We felt right at home at Staybridge. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our room was cozy and spacious. The fire pit and outside are was very nice. When we got back home the kids asked to go back to the hotel because they loved it so much.

Room is very comfortable however Cleanliness is a problem . Ants in bathroom. Room cleaners are not cleaning room properly… toiled had what looked liken dried urine in the back of the lid and under the seat. Hairball was on the floor. Room cleaners entered room to pick up the shower rug off the floor but not once cleaned the bathroom nor did they ever make the bed! I stay there twice and year and this was the worse experience I’ve had there

This is a very nice property. No complaints at all. The surrounding area is OK but nothing special until you get to campus. They do not have a restaurant at the hotel. But the staff was great, they have free drinks and snacks, and the rooms are very nice.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind and helpful. The hotel was the cleanest I have ever stayed at. The outside are and lobby/ bar area was welcoming . The hotel was very peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.

We moved out son into Auburn with ease while staying here. We utilized the beautiful lobby, pool, breakfast and the room was perfect. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you.

I feel like this location is overrated and overpriced for the quality. This hotel is nice but our bathroom was not clean enough and in disrepair. It may be my fault but got an accessible room and shower bench took up most of shower. No towel holders. Ant on bed. Just wish they would do better because it’s hard to find hotels on busy Auburn weekends.

We booked two King suites with kitchen rooms for our family for our daughter's Auburn move in. While the room was very large and very nice with a kitchen, there were some sugar ants in our room. We also had a large roach in one of our rooms and noticed there must be a roach problem because we encounter several dead ones in the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. But, the evenings were very crowded with construction type workers taking over the night time buffet.
