"Family of 4, stayed 1 night during the winter holidays. It appears to be an old hotel, but we found that our room was clean and quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable. We all agreed that we would stay here again for our next visit."

"Property was very good. Only issue is that when we reached there on Christmas Eve, we noticed our bedsheets were very dirty. I called the front desk and the gentleman came and apologized. Next day one of the supervisors apologized as well and said she will compensate 2 nights. Than next day their story changed and I was told only the resort fee will be refunded. I hate when their offers change and mislead people. I was told to call third party. Now the third party will give me the run around. Not fair"
