The advert did not make it clear that the cottage is next to a road of fast flowing traffic, and that parking is next to the road, which is dangerous for getting a dog from the car to the cottage. There are no dog walks nearby. The inclusion of the hot tub drew us in, but we were not going to pay an extra £100 to use it. Those sleeping in the double room found the room too hot, and noisy with passing traffic. It was impossible to use Netflix. On...

"After a long drive to get there it was lovely to dump the cases and get into the hot tub. The accommodation was better than expected and we both enjoyed our stay there. We were told that the drive was a wee bit tight but other than that, no issues"

"First, the cottage was just perfect! Very clean. Nice, big kitchen complete with all the basics needed for cooking and a table for 4. Fridge was large enough for the two of us and had a small freezer compartment. Large entry area which was perfect for storing golf clubs. "Excellent cottage, well equipped and had everything we needed. Well placed for seeing Fife. We would definitely recommend and return. "

"We had 4 people staying on the first night. Everyone was very comfortable but the loft space did allow sound to travel from downstairs. We enjoyed the patio and beautiful views of the forth. We cooked a meal on the third day and made full use of the well appointed kitchen. The only issue we had was the lack of toilet brush and that we couldn't get the washing machine to drain. The host's solution to this (send more towels) would not have been practical on a longer stay. Very pleasant...
