I always stay in a club room and the staff cannot do enough for you and so helpful but this experience was not that at all and I'm told things have changed!! Shame really cause once upon a time it was the best hotel on Auckland!

Lovely property and staff, with lots of convenient amenities, however we found the staff in the pool area to be quite rude, advising us that children weren’t allowed in the pool until 8.30am. It would be helpful that this information is clearly stated somewhere or at reception upon check in. Also found it difficult to find room service menus in the room or a compendium with key info in the room or on the website

My stay at the cordis hotel was 10/10!! The bed was out of this world comfortable. Fell asleep instantly and almost always woke up late 😅 the service was very friendly and happy to help. Very clean and safe. Was able to walk to the CBD easily, with options to commute via taxi, uber, and bus/shuttle.
