As part of a property with multiple self-contained units, you’ll enjoy complete privacy with your own private entrance and no shared living spaces. Whether you're here for a few days or a longer stay, this home offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and relaxation.
The unit features air conditioning in the living area, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment year-round. Both bedrooms are equipped with fans and electric heaters, while the unit also benefits from HRV ventilation and general heating throughout. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, with a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, rice steamer, and all the necessary cooking utensils. Brew a fresh cup of coffee with the coffee machine, toast some bread for breakfast, or spice up your dishes with a selection of spices provided.
We also ensure you’re taken care of with thoughtful essentials such as fresh linens, towels, and bathroom supplies. Upon arrival, you’ll find milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, and bottled water to help you settle in. The unit includes two private bathrooms, each with a shower, and a washing machine is available for your convenience.
For your entertainment, the unit comes with high-speed wireless internet, a Smart HD TV with Netflix of unlimited access to a vast library of movies, TV shows, and kids' programs, and a TV antenna offering cable channels. Families will appreciate the extra space and family-friendly amenities, including a baby high chair on request, as well as additional bedding options for extra guests. With a private entrance and parking, you'll enjoy complete independence during your stay. There’s ample on-street parking available in the quiet, dead-end street, as well as two designated parking spaces inside the property. For your peace of mind, the unit is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the large deck and shared backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.
Additional amenities include access to a heat pump dryer located in the main house garage, which is available for shared use. Please let us know if you would like to use it during your stay, and we will be happy to arrange access. For added convenience, you’ll also find a rice steamer, clothes iron, ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner to keep things tidy.
Our home is ideally located in the desirable Albany/Rosedale area, providing easy access to restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and a beautiful park all within walking distance. Massey University, major shopping centers, and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ drive away. Asian restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby, within a 5-minute drive, and the National Hockey Stadium is just a 2-minute drive from the property. Plus, public transportation is at your doorstep with a bus stop conveniently located outside.
We strive to provide a welcoming environment for all our guests and ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:30 am to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. We also kindly request that you refrain from hosting parties or events during your stay to preserve the tranquility of the property and respect our neighbors. Before checking out, we ask that you help us maintain the space by cleaning the dishes, tidying up the rooms, and disposing of any rubbish.
