• Close to the beach, shops, golf course and cafe
Less than a one hour drive from Auckland is the beautiful beach area of Omaha. # 7 is a three bedroom house sitting across the road from the 3rd tee of the Omaha Golf Course with views down as far as the Whangateau inlet.

Recently refurbished complete with a new kitchen, bathroom and wraparound deck, the house is light and airy catching all day sun in the casual, open plan living and dining areas. It is well appointed with all modern appliances Including sky, 42" TV, DVD home theatre system, wifi, dishwasher, BBQ and bikes. Outside there is plenty of room to park your car and boat.

Omaha is perfect for bike-riding, walking, tennis, golf, fishing and of course, the beach which is just a 6 minute walk away. Along with the excellent white sand surf beach (patrolled in summer) there’s the sheltered estuary and all weather and all tide boatramp for all those water sports - fishing, boating, kayaking, or windsurfing.

And close by are the superb environs of the Matakana shops, markets and cinemas, local wineries, Leigh, Goat Island, Tawharanui Regional Park, and much more.
Special conditions: Rates: Damage deposit required $400 per stay. Linen if required $75 per stay including beach towels. Statutory holidays are $300 per night minimum 3 night stay. Easter minimum stay 4 nights. Bookings from 20 Dec to 8 Jan has a minimum stay of 7 nights. All other nights excluding stat holidays 2 night minimum. Arrival time after 2pm departure by 10am (unless otherwise agreed with owner)

Perfect Omaha Getaway

Fantastic position in Omaha
Beautiful Bach close to the best parts of Omaha. 7 minute walk to the main surf life club on the beach and the cafe area. House is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It is a bit of a sun trap outside but we did expect that from the photos. We loved our stay and would definitely like to come back. Thanks for a great holiday.

Great family bach in the heart of Omaha
This lovely bach is spotless, has everything a family needs and is in the heart of central Omaha beach. Pleasent place to stay
House was tidy, light and airy and we enjoyed our holiday. The only issue I had was a lack of a clothes dryer or drying rack, as it mostly rained during our stay and there was nowhere to dry any beach towels, togs or rain coats. Even a string line in the carport area would have been helpful.

The perfect bach
