The staff was rude and nasty they lied about the pool working and he tried to lie and say my card was declined. He was nasty to My kids I hated my experience 0/10 would not recommend

The breakfast area wasn't clean and while it smelt clean, you could tell it wasn't properly cleaned regularly. If it was, they did a poor job. I'm not one to write bad reviews but you can tell that the hotel doesn't get taken care of as it should be.

The water was off when we checked in not a big deal until lied to about when it would be back on . The place had terrible odor. Bathroom was not clean . Kids running up and down hallways until about one in the morning. Adults not supervising there kids in the inside pool area. When I complained the next morning I got no response from the manager on duty which I found out was also the owner. I believe they overcharged me for a nasty noisy stay . I will never use this hotel again.

The tub was dirty and the chairs had dirty stains around the head area and arm rest. And they also didn’t have a sheer curtains. If I wanted sunlight in the room I would be exposed to the outside. You should have curtesy for your guest to supply them with such, so they can have some privacy.

The stay wasn’t mad bed as comfortable the pool had always been cold for years for it to be an indoor pool . The room was nasty we had to ask for cover to put cross the sofa and chair all tables and countertop nasty sticky and the tub was rusty

Our room smelled so strongly of disinfectant and deodorizer we woke with sore throats and nauseous. The bathroom was dirty and in serious need of renovating.
