I may access the garage to get the lawn maintenance equipment and do yard work as needed.

This is the closest Columbia County neighborhood to the Augusta National, Costco/Top Golf. It is <3 miles from these and many other attractions. It is off Stevens Creek road near Riverwatch and I-20.

This is a quiet and safe neighborhood with a neighborhood watch that ensures the safety of the residents and accessibility of the roads.

The house is <2000 feet from the neighborhood entrance. The garage holds 2 cars. Several cars can park on the driveway and 2-3 in front of the house if needed. Some neighbors walk the neighborhood for exercise throughout the day so drive with care.
