"My friend and I stayed at this location for a Saturday night while visiting Latacunga. The hotel is nice, but is located next to a discotec. Music from the disco could be heard clearly in our room. The music lasted until about 5AM. We were both unable to sleep. The shower had semi-hot water. For the price was paid for this, I was expecting a lot more than what we received. Definitely not going to stay here ever again."

"Such a great hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff!! The room was a decent size and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs. We had a car on checking in and staff immediately opened up the secure garage to allow us to park. We felt completely safe leaving our car here. "I stayed here planning to go to Quilotoa early the next morning and wasn’t looking for anything fancy. That said, I was really disappointed and grossed out with this hotel. The blankets and pillows on my bed definitely hadn’t been washed since the last guest - I could smell men’s deodorant or body spray or something on them. There were also several hairs in the blankets and room. The bathroom sink needed a good cleaning - more hair. I wasn’t provided with towels, and there also wasn’t hand soap....
