"Really nice hotel but glad we had a car as it’s a bit of a walk from the gondola. Pillows were crap but other than that is was great. Nice kitchen and amenities too"

Disappointing

"A little disappointed as I had booked a hotel with a restaurant ( helpful when travelling alone with kids) and it was closed for the end of season. The room was also rather basic and smelled of damp. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and the breakfast good. I visit Auron a lot but will ..."

Hotel.com should remove this property

"It was the worst stay in my life. The manager of hotel was very rude to me and to my wife. In addition to it, I paid a premium to get a room with a terrace and when I arrived the same person told me that there were no more rooms with terrace. I ended to be in an smaller room and WITH NO HOT WATER. ..."
