"This house was super clean and had a fantastic view of the Neuse. In the warmer months I can definitely see renting a boat for the stay and using the dock. A few things that I think would go a long way: a comfy couch in the living room to just look out at the river and watch TV. There wasn't a TV in the Master so there wasn't anywhere comfy to just chill and watch TV. The most bizarre comment is the house has a rock to it. "Clean, open space. Lovely old hardwood floors. Very comfortable mattresses and furniture. Large and well-appointed kitchen. Walking distance to everything. No assigned parking had me worried, but there was plenty of available street parking right outside (free on weekends) so it was never a problem.
