L'hotel est bien entretenu mais vieillot tant dans la literie que tous les équipements. Le parking devant l'hotel n'avait pas ete deneigé et après fonte etait complètement verglacé. Il est par contre très bien placé et le personnel tres agréable.

L'image que le jacuzzi soit fermé pour le Covid mais l'accueil est sympathique la cuisine très bonne est traditionnelle quant à l'établissement nécessiterait un bon rafraîchissement.

Les sanitaires sont assez vétustes le petit déjeuner reste très cher au vu de la prestation. Le nettoyage journalier est correct. Le personnel très sympa cet établissement est très proche des pistes ce qui favorise son remplissage.
