Our home is positioned right outside of Austin in beautiful Round Rock. We are close to everything including shopping, and entertainment such as H-E-B, Round Rock Outlet, Dell Diamond and Kalahari Resort. What makes our home so inviting is the location, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and quick access to all the major highways. Our home caters to all types of guest; couples, business travelers, families with children or friends just wanting a place a short drive from the city.

Our four-bedroom home offers comfort and convenience for just about any guests looking to visit Austin. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to do as much or as little cooking as needed during your stay. The backyard is equipped with a grill if you choose to engage in your own style of Texas barbecue. Our spacious living room is the perfect spot to enjoy a movie or just sit and chat. Then at the end of the night crawl into one of the many comfortable beds and enjoy a good night’s rest before the next day’s adventures.

Our guests have access to the entire house and the surrounding areas which include a community pool, walking trails, playground and basketball court. The pool is a community pool and we are not responsible for any closures or restrictions of use.

There is also additional parking available in addition to the two-car garage.

We can be reached at anytime via phone, text or through the booking platform. We want you to have a great stay so if there is anything, we can do to help you accomplish that don’t hesitate to ask. We will provide you will all our contact information prior to your arrival at our home. Thank you for allowing us to host your stay in Austin.

The best thing about our neighborhood is the location. Our neighborhood showcases the best of Austin, we offer a family friendly atmosphere in a quiet and serene environment. Yet we a close enough to the action that you can still go out and have a blast without the constant hustle and bustle of the city.

Being that we are located in the suburban part of Austin a car is almost a must but Uber, Lyft or a taxi are all viable options.

We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and usually is shown as additional guest fee on the breakdown.

NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED. A $200 fee will be assessed for EACH unauthorized guest.

We do ask that you remove your shoes while inside our home. We won't judge if you choose to bring your bunny house slippers. Your secrets safe with us and we appreciate you treating our home the same as you do your own.
We have implemented these few rules in order to protect our home and business. We ask that you read them carefully and keep in mind that you if have no intention of breaking any of them they actually won’t apply to you.

No Shoes in the house.

No Pets under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately.

No smoking or vaping inside the house! Smoking outside in the backyard or front porch is acceptable.

Zero tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately!

Quite hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please do not disturb our neighbors!

ABSOLUTLEY NO parties allowed! Reservation will be canceled immediately.

We do not offer late checkouts.

No additional guests can stay at property other than the amount listed on the reservation. Please make sure your guests count is accurate.

Good house. Too many rules.
The house is good for a place to stay in the Austin Area. Not a good place for hanging out. The owner has a laundry list of rules (included not allowing shoes to be worn inside) and chores which you are to perform and an associated fee for each. If I’m paying you to stay there and a cleaning fee, I don’t expect to be treated like a child or a maid.

QUICK TRIP - GREAT STAY
Due to the ice storm power was out at our hotel. Bonnie was very quick to reply whether the property had power and availability. Quick pivot we were booked tonarrive in less than 24hrs. The home is very clean. A little hard to find in the dark but once we were familiar it was smooth sailing. Very responsive to any questions.

Great place to sleep.
We had wonderful communication with the property owners. There were some minor issues with some areas the cleaning crew did a poor job, but it was taken care of immediately. We had an issue with the keyless entry not working, but that too was handled immediately. Bonnie and Doris made our stay very comfortable despite the minor issues. What they got marked down for was taken care of, and should not be a factor in choosing this house in the future.

Nice place, easily location on the north side of Austin/south side of Round Rock. Plenty of beds, nice kitchen island. Simple, which is exactly what we were seeking.

Tournament workers
We needed house for tournament workers to spend nights. The first weekend there were 7 and not enough towels for all. No hand towels or washcloths in upstair bath. Second visit not a problem House was clean. TV was a problem to work. But most of us are not tech savey.

The house is great space. There are plenty of beds and a huge island in the kitchen. We had some issues with perhaps poor housekeeping and a rough group before us but the owners were very responsive and understanding. There is some room for improvement in overall comfort. Extra blankets and kitchen stuff. We had a crazy storm while we were there and it was nice and safe. Also, the garage was really handy.

Spacious, nice area, would stay again
This property is great for families in that it's really spacious. The property was clean and well stocked with nice towels, lotion, linens...that sort of thing. We only used the TV in the living area and it had every internet streaming service available. Kitchen also well supplied in terms of dishes, towels and appliances. The main negative I have for this place is that the lawn furniture should be thrown away. We are big outdoors people. When I went to sit outside, my butt fell through the chair. All the lawn furniture looked like it had been pulled out of the trash. Also in the room closest to the front door the headrail for the blinds was falling down. This truly is a lovely home overall and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our family of 11 get together for my niece's wedding
I looked for a "family home" that my husband and I, our four children, two daughter in laws and 3 grandchildren could all stay in together for a family wedding in the Austin, TX area. We wanted to make a week vacation with the 11 of us all together. This "HOME" turned out to be the perfect place offering the 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and all the coziness of home. The extra bed in two of the rooms allowed my married kids and their family to all stay together and we were delighted to have a "pack n play" for the baby as well as a highchair. The house was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable while we were there for the week. The bonus was the olympic size community pool and the "baby pool with jets and waterfalls" which my three grandchildren loved. The owners checked to make sure that we were happy with our accommodations and wanted us to contact them if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this great home away from home to anyone who is seeking a hotel alternative. I enjoyed the nice side walked development that this was in as I am an avid walker and got my miles in every morning. Great location close to everything and convenient to the airport. Literally a home away from home!!!
This house was wonderful! Very spacious and clean. The community pool was so much fun and great for the little ones. Doris and Adrian were wonderful and very helpful. Everything was great and we could not have been happier. If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here. Very close to stores and restaurants. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. If you want any delivery you have to try Slap Box Pizzeria, very delicious. Doris and Adrian were extremely welcoming and gave a wonderful personal touch to the home with a bottle of wine and flowers. Thank you very much for a wonderful trip!
