Family Wedding
The house met our needs (8 family members attending a wedding at the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center) very well. Spacious, quiet and clean. However, there were several maintenance issues. The door keypad kept falling off and was stuck on with tape. The volume control on the main tv didn’t work properly. Some of the blinds were broken. The landscaping was not well maintained. There were several dead scorpions in the upstairs bedrooms and a few live ones, one of which stung my son. Nonetheless, we were generally pleased and well accommodated.

The house was beautiful and everything in working order. It looked to be a work in progress in that only the living room and Master bedroom had TV’s. All the wiring was hanging from the walls in all of the other bedrooms. The yards definitely needed attention and it would have been nice to have the pool in working order. Otherwise - the accommodations worked well for everyone, especially having their own bathrooms.

Great house and value
Overall, we really enjoyed the house and it was a great value for the size and quality of house. There were a few minor maintenance issues and the kitchen could be a little better supplied (e.g. no toaster, no dishwasher soap, etc.). But all in all a great house for the money!

Mother Daughter Trip
My 3 adult daughters and I had a girls weekend. The house was perfect for us. We each had our own bathroom and bedroom. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. The house was immaculate. The host responded timely to communication. It is a great neighborhood. I highly recommend this house and would book again in a hearbeat.
