I really like the staff at this location I think the addition of a fence around the property really does keep out a lot of unsavory people On that note, there are a lot of suspicious people around It is across the street from a chipotle so that makes it convenient It is close to a lot of cool things It is a nice practical location, but it’s not comfortable

The hotel was very dated. The room that we were given was actually the better of the rooms they have which included a living room area separate from bedroom. The handle fell off the cabinets. The vanity area in both the bathroom and vanity were filthy. I had to get wipes to clean. Toilet had put bic hairs and tub area has a nasty rubber mat. Room was marginally clean. Bed made with clean sheets, sink area ok. The baseboards and light fixtures have years worth of dust accumulated, and the shower had the body hair of a previous occupant stuck to one of the walls. The A/C had to work pretty hard to cool the room, and would kick on for a few minutes, then off, then right back on after 30 seconds. Breakfast was ok, but nothing impressive. People were nice here though

The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are sufficiently equipped. The location was good for people who get around by car only but not so good for people who like to explore the neighborhood/ city on foot. Only slightly negative point was that renovation work started more than an hour before checkout time and the work included painting the walkways. Hence, we needed to walk over freshly painted ways multiple times to load our belongings into our car. But the rest was ok.

Room needs some work. Lamps didn't work, tub had a patch that when you stood on it, it was unstable. There some building maintenance going on.You heard the saw at 7:30am. It was annoying. The staff was friendly and they had security, which was great.
