Inside, you can curl up on the comfortable living room furniture to enjoy your favorite movie on the flat screen TV. Home chefs will enjoy cooking in the modern kitchen and seating is available for 6 guests in the formal dining area with 3 additional stools placed around the kitchen island.

On the main floor of the home, you’ll find the Master bedroom (with King bed and a Day Bed) and ensuite Master bathroom, Bedroom Two (with Queen Bed), Bedroom Three (with two Twin Bunk Beds), a guest bathroom, the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room.

* The pool can be heated at an additional cost of $175/day but 24 hour notice is required. Please note the pool and hot tub is turned on remotely by our team.

*Absolutely NO bachelor parties/party groups of any kind.

*Exceeding the maximum occupancy OR misrepresenting the number of guests in your group will result in the termination of your booking.

*Per residential regulations, excessive outdoor noise is prohibited between 9 PM and 7 AM. 

*Pets are PROHIBITED.

*Smoking is PROHIBITED inside the home (including vaporizers, e-cigarettes, etc.).

*Absolutely NO exceptions to the cancellation policy will be made for bookings made after March 2020 due to Covid-19. 

*Travel insurance is NOT included, but may be purchased through a third party vendor.
