Charged cash for early check in i was coming from 12 hours away just needed to check in 2 hours early parking lot was empty so the room being available wasn’t a issue then on checkout got rushed out because front desk worker said the housekeeper needed to get home early for Christmas the tv didn’t work and the towels had stains

It was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating, professional and friendly. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal, juices, tea, etc. The coffee remained available all day and was excellent. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I visit Austin. :)

I was in 309 and the noise from the highway was bad. Next time will ask for away from higheay. The accommodations were fine. Breakfast was not ideal for someone with type 2 diabetes.

Nice staff, decent breakfast, high water pressure, and cold a.c. Didn't seem like the best neighborhood, the gas station behind it had an armed guard and my Uber driver said prostitutes were in the area.

Room was clean, but ac was not on when we got there so it took a bit to cool off. Break fast didn't have a big selection but they did have waffle maker so it was fine. Staff was friendly.
