DO NOT STAY WITH THIS COMPANY
Check out is at 11am and check in is at 5pm. We came in at 5pm tired from traveling thinking we could rest before getting ready for dinner and going out. When we got there it was a mess, nothing was cleaned from the previous guests. Our night was wasted on contacting Evonify to rectify the situation. By the time the apartment was cleaned it was already 9 pm and we’ve missed dinner plans and was tired from the back and forth phone calls with the company. The cleaning crew was not able to throughly disinfect the apartment because they were trying to rush. They wasted our short weekend trip and did not want to give us a refund. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I do NOT advise staying with the company Evonify, make sure to check they are nit the host!
