Charming house with an amazing view!
My family and I stayed here for a wedding down the road and it was perfect! Great views, great location, the hot tub was great after the babies went to sleep each night. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property! Plenty of places to sit inside and outside, lots of activities and games, and more eagles than we expected. It was a peaceful weekend with family and we loved the view. Everything we needed for the kitchen was available. We wished we could stay another night to use the projector outside. Thanks so much for having us!

Weekend getaway
Great place to stay on the lake. Quiet, peaceful, great host who was responsive to any questions we had. Conneaut Park and Ashtabula Harbor are just short drives away. This was our second stay at the Cliffside and plan to return. Thanks for everything Jill!

Amazing getaway!!
This property is absolutely lovely! Myself and five friends (and our dogs) spent a long weekend at Jill’s property and had the best time. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is your place. Jill was a great host and we look forward for coming back again!

Amazing Eagles

House was as listed. Plenty of space and the views of the lake were amazing. It had everything we needed and was pet friendly which is a huge pulse for us. The host even left treats. Hot tub was a huge hit.

Had a Family weekend here, We loved the country atmosphere, the layout of the house, had an "open" feel, many large windows, lake view, binoculars to use on the table, beautiful sunsets, everyone enjoyed the hot tub! Communication with owner was fast, complimentary, helpful. If you forgot something at home like condiments, good chance you'd find what you needed in the kitchen. Games to enjoy, many amenities I wouldn't have even thought of. Large tvs to enjoy, Awesome water pressure, Very comfortable & our son was so happy he could bring his dog too. Great stay...and more lovely in person .

Lovely view and lovely outdoor amenities
This is a house with additions. The stairs up to the second floor are steep, if I were any stiffer I would avoid them (aged now 68 and stiff kneed.) Kitchen worked well for us. Nice shared areas of the home. Great birds in the yard among them eagles, ravens, rose breasted grosbeak.

Relaxing Water View of the lake
This house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The pictures portray the house perfectly. It is extremely clean and Jill has thought of almost everything you would need and has a super guide that she has put together. We cooked meals and were not lacking for anything. There is plenty of yard space to bring your furry friends along-we had our two doodle dogs. Neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of towels, starter paper products, coffee filters, really most everything you need. And we were appreciative of all that. Too many times we arrive at properties and there is barely a piece of toilet paper!! Wifi works great too. And there is even an awesome telescope to view the stars at night.

Simply the Best!
Recently returned from a 3 day stay at this stunning property near Conneaut. I frankly don't know where to start. The grounds surrounding this home are expansive and filled with bird song and wildlife. Views of the lake? The best! Any time spent outside at this property is pure joy. The inside of the home is so wonderful as to defy description. The first thing you notice upon entering - spotlessly clean. As you move through the home you come to appreciate and admire the incredible amount of whimsical decor that adorns every room. So enjoyable! To be so beautifully appointed and still feel homey and lived in is no accident. It's apparent that a great deal of thought, love and effort have gone into making this home the 5-star property that it is. Jill is a wonderful host. Incredibly gracious and a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line - this is the finest lakeshore property we've experienced in all of our travels. We consider ourselves lucky to have found it. Thanks again, Jill, for an epic visit. Hope to return soon! Cutsie Cluttered
This cutsie cluttered house, with its many levels and bizarre corners and angles, was nice to stay in. The views over Lake Erie were really beautiful. My kids enjoyed the hot tub. Favorite things: the king mattress was really comfortable - the best one I used in the four houses we stayed in on our trip. And the water and shower head were fabulous (it maybe seems like a weird thing to praise, but coming from the other houses with weak water, not enough hot water, or weird shower heads, it's a real thing!). There was a large TV in the living room that we enjoyed. And we LOVED being able to park in the garage. Less good things (though not necessarily anything the property owner needs or can fix): No dishwasher. Lots of bugs outside - bring deet! The couches in the living are cute but not super comfy. While the view is awesome, there's not a great way to get to the beach anywhere near. The windows are wonderful, but less so at 5:00 in the morning - bring a sleep mask!

PERFECT
What a great house and view!! Loved the layout of the house and all the room. Kitchen was great and fully stocked. Needless to say, view of the lake and the yard itself was perfection. I'd love to stay in the wintertime too. Hot tub was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Cliffside was a beautiful relaxing experience. My wife and her best friend from high school were able to relive some memories from childhood visiting the lake at Conneaut. Jill is an excellent host and communicator. She has made Cliffside into an enjoyable retreat. Eagles flying over the lake were very captivating.
