"The place was not too bad, kinda small and no hot breakfast, however our room did Not have a microwave and when i called the desk i got nowhere and was told i could use the one downstairs inwhich there is no elevator, i wouldn't complain about the stairs if my spine and back werent in the shape they are. The beds are small so if there are 2 of ya mite wanna upgrade your room. On a good note they are pet friendly and a gas station is within walking distance. Staff was friendly "

"We loved using this property for our family reunion! The kitchen is shared with the hosts, but we enjoyed getting to know them, and we loved having the cozy cabins as our own space. Clean, friendly, lots of fun, and close to Ava city stores if needed. Will probably stay here again!"

"The Coca Cola house is a great place to stay in Ava MO. The queen size bed is very comfortable. We found everything we needed there to make us feel at home. There is a convenience store within walking distance, two grocery stores close by, and several good restaurants. "

"Cute little cabin, sleeps 6. Quiet, in the woods just outside Ava city. Kitchen is just a dorm fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We brought our own tabletop grill and cookstove. Fun property with room for kids to play, playground, picnic tables, firepit to roast marshmallow."
