"Huis en bijbehorende tuin zijn geweldig. Voorzieningen in het huis heel volledig. Eén gezin kan beneden logeren en een ander gezin boven. De omgeving is kleinschalig, akkers, bos en heel veel bomen langs de wegen. Dichtbij zijn prachtige ommuurde stadjes (de castelli). De bijeneters, prachtige gekleurde vogels en de bosuil waren bijzonder."

"if you want to de-stress, the villa in Monte Porzio is the place to be. A great view (certainly from the pool), no neighbors, but still not too far away from supermarkets and the seaside. The owner comes by every day to clean the pool. We could use the vegetables of the vegetable garden at the house and bought olive oil from the olive trees on the property. There is also a large table outside at the kitchen (not on the photographs) and the sleeping area is nicely air conditioned. So really nice...

The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

Wonderful villa in the Marche countryside

"The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving distance. Simon has been very responsive throughout and a few minor issues have been resolved in a very timely manner. Overall highly recommended!"

"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings.
