"Great location, very clean home, many antiques throughout the home. Oven was dirty, called but cleaning crew could not clean(too busy) deck was very old and needed to be replaced. You can see by the pictures on site. House is up for sale. We used the pool a lot. Big house for our family. Only has 2 full bathrooms and 1/2 bath. Large dining room and breakfast area. Great vacation in Avalon."

"This property was well kept, had all amenities necessary and the most amazing sunset views from outside. 3 of the rooms have bathrooms inside of them, which was great for a mix of family staying together. They had a slight issue with air conditioners right before we got there and promptly took care of it. Very attentive property manager and helpful during stay. Would highly recommend and stay again! "The location is excellent and the house extremely comfortable with all the amenities you can ask for. My family stayed for a long weekend to celebrate their wedding anniversary and it could not have been more convenient. Easy access to the heart of Avalons business district. Quick walk to the beach with boardwalk access. It managed to fit everyone’s needs. Kimberly is a wonderful host and very easy with communication and clarification of all house instructions.
