Overall, physical facility better than average, but needs overdue upgrade maintenance. Value for price was still good, compared to others. Rating of 9 out of 10 is very optimistic- Reality is a 5 or 6.rating."

"I am a Florida local out of Tampa Bay and travel around the state for business. I know during our season hotels get pricy and I chose this motel last minute and because I am on a tighter budget right now (who isn't). The room was clean, I like firmer beds and hot water so all good there, but the people next to me were up all night, loud and pretty much kept me up all night, with meetings and travel the next day. Maybe if I book again with more notice I can get a room further away from the party crowd."
