"For a new hotel it was poorly designed . Extremely and unnecessarily steep stairs to upper floor room. Odd room layout, despite the reasonably generous space it was necessary to duck to reach one side of the bed. Best view from the room was from the bathroom. Sockets in inconvenient places. Lamps had bases too wide for the shelf. Clothes hanging area could have accommodated two cases if the shelves had been differently positioned. Bathroom floor was dirty and stained "

"Excellent property in a small village. Have stayed here three times & always a pleasure to do so. Dinner is expensive but very good quality - not much else nearby... so treat yourself! Breakfast is excellent - great choices, plenty to have. Maybe not as good as previously... but still very good. The onsite spa / pool is lovely... as are the gardens. If you are travelling north or south past Tours... this is a great place to stop!"
