La Casita Suite is a one-bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, and front balcony dreamy beach house. Relax on the front balcony with morning coffee or afternoon libations.

This beach charmer has a king bed and queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 4 guests. The king premium mattress is layered with soft premium linens for a restful night sleep. The renovated kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinnerware, dishes, and Keurig coffee maker.

There is access to a washer and dryer on the property.

Beautiful, easy stay at Avila
We regularly visit Avila, and this property was perfect for our stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured (beautiful, clean, kitchen and bathroom updated perfectly for the space). The bedding was my favorite unexpected touch - so soft and we slept great. We stopped by the Seven Sisters office (right across the street) because we arrived earlier than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to this property and consider any of the Seven Sisters properties in the future!

Family Getaway
Very good stay - haven’t been to Avila since 1999 in college. Things have changed a lot since then. I was excited to bring my family to a place that was special to me. It certainly exceeded our expectations. Wonderful time - hope to be back soon.

Amazing location
We loved this spot. The location was incredible. The king bed was a dream. The pull out was small for my 10 and 12 year olds to fit, but they didn’t complain! The shower in the courtyard we found the second day was really helpful. The beach towels and beach chairs were a super awesome surprise! We can’t wait to come stay again.
