Beautiful hotel in middle of city square. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Convenient parking right next to hotel. Only complaint is that the check in process was terribly slow - just one person and was taking too long for each person.

This property is excellent in every way, a true five star hotel. I suggest that guests be informed to park underneath Plaza D'Espana, otherwise it is a nightmare to find.

Lovely hotel really nice staff excellent food in the bar, difficult to find hotel as it looks like your driving up a high street but once you have found the parking for hotel it is easy to find.lovely old building with lots of character and you walk out the front into a lovely square with lots of shops and restaurants.

One thing to be aware of of that the hotel does not have an evening restaurant. Not much of a problem as there are plenty of really good eateries in Aviles but good to know in advance!

We got a room that was a bit beat up. But most importantly, there was a step up into the bathroom and then inside the bathroom, there was a step up from sink area to toilet & bath tub. Kind of dangerous for older people or even just for going to the bathroom middle of night. Property was tired and definitely not 5 stars. 3 stars at best. Location was superb. On the main plaza. Parking right underneath with direct elevator to lobby. Hotel staff gave the worst restaurant referrals possibly (2 were on scary street with no one in the restaurant during prime dining time so we didn't go in. 1 was right by hotel but food was horrendous).

Pas vraiement à la heuteur de ce qu'on attendait

L'emplacement est idéal. Le parking est payant et assez cher. De façon générale, la qualiité de repas n'était pas bonne. Par ailleurs, dans notre chambre, ni le téléphone ni certaines prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Mais, il est à souligner que le personnel est adorable.
