"We found the Jewel Box to be just as described and had a lovely stay. Erik and Lia are attentive hosts and checked with us after we arrived and again the next day to make sure all was OK. We had no problems but I’m sure they would have handled anything that came up. The location is perfect for walking to the historic district; in fact, some of the interesting historic sites on the trolley tour are practically back-door neighbors of the Jewel Box. "

"We love the area and the location of the property the overall stay was great the only problem we had is that the Squirrels were hiding nuts in the attic and my wife could not get much sleep since she is superstitious and though we were being haunted but is was all good and she just laughed it off after seeing the Squirrels going in the attic with the nuts."
