Camere ubicate in un palazzo storico con affaccio diretto sulla piazza principale di Avola. Posizione ottima e strategica per visitare la provincia di Siracusa. Pulizia ottimale. Per la colazione la struttura è convenzionata con due ottimi bar della piazza dove si può assaggiare la famosa granatina con brioche. L'unico appunto è che manca qualche mensola in bagno e sarebbe gradita qualche dotazione in più come un bollitore per sentirsi ulteriormente a casa.
