In the fall of 2023, this inviting and comfy Avon condo received significant upgrades, providing many comforts and conveniences of home. Guests will enjoy new carpet, tile, paint, and furniture throughout the entire space. Perfect for guests on a budget, this condo puts you close to the alpine action. Soak in the shared hot tub and enjoy views of Beaver Creek Resort!

Set in the Stone Creek Condo community, you'll be close to a bus stop to Beaver Creek Resort and 11 miles from the Vail Mountain Resort. This home is right on Nottingham Lake, which is a great spot for paddleboarding in the summer and ice skating in the winter (temperature permitting). With a wide array of activities, including ice skating, Nordic skiing, and tubing, you won't have a hard time finding the fun. During the warmer months, you'll have a seemingly endless array of hiking trails to explore and a location close to Nottingham Lake. Book a guide to show you the best spots to fly fish. Fly down the once snow-covered slopes on a rented mountain bike and then head back on-site, where a short walk to the commons room is where you can enjoy the hot tub and steam room.

Bright and functional, the main living area is bathed in light pouring in from the sliding glass door and window. Lounge on the couch in the living room while you enjoy your favorite cable channels or Netflix series. Cuddle up with a good book or your special someone by the wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen even includes extras like a crockpot, a blender, and a coffee grinder. Let the dishwasher do the cleanup while you sip on a nightcap on the patio and watch the stars come out.

Step out on the small private patio to breathe the fresh mountain air and sip on a local microbrew. The breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in Avon's temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air conditioning. Stream some tunes over the WiFi while you show off your grilling skills on the gas BBQ. The private washer/dryer will take care of any dirty laundry you have during your stay.

When it's time to retire, this home has room for your guests to spread out and relax. In the primary bedroom, you'll be greeted by tree-lined views and an en suite. The second bedroom is perfect for your younger guests to enjoy.

Give yourself the gift of a budget-friendly getaway and surround yourself with endless opportunities for outdoor adventure when you book your next trip to this Colorado retreat.

The getaway we needed!
Being right on Lake Nottingham, in Avon, near Beaver Creek, Vail, and Edwards was great. The beach on the lake, paddle boards, kayaks, playground, and dog-friendliness were beyond our expectations. I want to come back again soon.

Retro Cozy
We were grateful to book this space! Could it use updating?…yes. Was it cozy and restful despite?…yes! It was VERY CLEAN. We loved that it was full of retro decor, it added cozy charm. Staying in Avon worked great as we came to ski in Beaver Creek. We ski’d hard and crashed hard each night. Kitchen had cooking basics needed, loved the wood burning fireplace each night.

Great Location for Beaver Creek and very convenient for Vail too.
This is a great location, the Avon bus stop is right at the entrance of the property (Free Avon Bus) will take you to the Transit Station or into Avon where there are many choices for dining. Well within walking distance to the Bear Lot, where you catch the free shuttle to the lifts at Beaver Creak, or take the bus to the Transit Station and ride the gondola up to Beaver Creek. This property is just what we were looking for to enjoy our visit to Vail and Beaver Creek. We would give this location two thumbs up and recommend it for anyone looking to have a nice clean, quiet place to feel comfortable and safe.

Great location well stocked with everything you need
Loved the lake for the grandchildren to play while waiting for dinner. Nice neighborhood, easy access to the fun stuff to do in the area and close to the kids house in Edwards. Thanks for the hospitality

Great location and beautiful view
We loved the park and lake adjacent to the condo and the convenient location to everything we wanted to do in the area. The condo is very comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Our only suggestion for improvement is to clean the entry hall, which is dirty and smells like mildew or mold. It also is very dark and needs better lighting. Entry hall aside, we recommend the condo for an enjoyable stay with beautiful view.

LACKING THE BASICS
This property's location is not the best come to find out...in order to get to Vail, you have to take two different busses of which one costs $14 roundtrip. The home is very outdated and when we arrived, it lacked the basics. We did not have washcloths in the bathrooms, no kleenexes, no extra trash bags and no firewood for the fireplace. There was also no directions on where to put the trash outside, so we had to pile it up in the house. Just not a very good stay in general!

Affordable Rental Near Beaver Creek Village
This rental was very convenient if going for a snow trip with friends. However, the apartment wasn't very clean or sanitary. First, the master bathroom was not cleaned very well by the cleaning staff. Second, the unit is very out of date and the carpet is very dirty and stained. Last, there was a bizarre smell at the entrance of the unit. However, the VACASA management team does make it very easy to check into and out of the house. but, this did not make up for the poor mattress, bedding, and pillows. They are very uncomfortable, and the comforters had stains on them.

Great location but dirty carpet
Can't beat the view but the carpet was older than me and flat out nasty. We kept our shoes on the whole time. Spot on the comforter that was supsect. Wife says it was blood but either way it stayed in the floor. We live in Denver and average at least one rental a month in the mountains year round. Dirtiest carpet yet.
