"Our 2nd of many future stays! It's our "home" away from home! The outdoor kitchens we have yet to use & there's two for family & friend gatherings. Air/wayer hoses, corn hole, horse shoe, ice machine, fish cleaning station, laundry onsite, pool, toys and bikes, clothes line, firepits, entertainment area for Sat (seasonal) night boogy. Rooms are renovated, some with walk in showers. Gift shop & Art Gallery on site. Doggie stations w/poop bags, dog play area (fenced), kayack use with life vests....

"Overall the place was nice and clean. The bathrooms floor was busted but not a big deal and the toilet occasionally ghost flushed. Also, in my opinion the towels could have been bigger and an extra blanket in the closet would have been a great addition. Overall we were very happy with the place and the price was great! "This property was exactly as advertised! Upon entering our room we immediately smelled how clean this unit was! The property owner, Wanda, is the sweetest lady. The unit is within walking distance to restaurants and beach stores, a short drive from the ferry to Ocracoke and a short distance from Avon. We were so impressed we extended our stay.
