"Good hotel"

"The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room. Honestly, it felt like...

"Stayed as family of 9 on fireworks night. It was a little too far that we had to drive to the spot to park and walk to the beach to see the fireworks. Local supermarket is in 1 min drive. Extra parkings right next to the property. We had a great time. "

"Amazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. "
