"Great family stay during off-peak time. The place was clean staff was attentive to needs. The room was very big for a Japanese family room. Parking easy and kombini within quick walk. Everything was clean and well kept, but a little worn. Would stay here again in a heartbeat"

"The room was very specious and had comfortable couch but customer service was not good. They were not friendly and lack of warmness. Also I was disappointed that There was no grocery stores around the hotel. No souvenir shop. "

"上の階の方が、子連れだったらしく、バタバタ走り回っていて、従業員さんが何度か直接言って下さったようですが、全くダメでした。後は襖のところの壁紙が剥がれかけていて、開け閉めするたびに同室者に深夜は特に気を使いました。また、枕がとても低くて、全く眠れませんでした。前回の宿泊の際は、部屋を間違えた酔った方に深夜2時過ぎにピンポン連打され、止まっている方のレベルは低いです。また、前回に比べ、ブッフェの質も明らかに落ちていました。素泊まりで、外で食べた方がお金はかかりますが満足出来ます。ホテルの方は、とても丁寧に接してくれるので、とても残念です。閑散期ならおすすめなのかも？"

"Stayed as family of 9 on fireworks night. It was a little too far that we had to drive to the spot to park and walk to the beach to see the fireworks. Local supermarket is in 1 min drive. Extra parkings right next to the property. We had a great time. "
